RTU Pre-Assembly - Stirling Technical Engineering Ltd.

.....Stirling's RTU Pre-Assembly Bay provides a centralised area for Engineers to Assemble, Test and Package the equipment we install. The Bay also provides Engineers with all the relative components on the shelf and ready to be used in panel designs and testing.

..... The Bay also hosts a Training Area with Seating for up to 10 Engineers, which is used by Engineers to maintain competence levels and provides a low-stress learning environment. The Training Area is equipment with Large Flat-Screen Presentation Display to allow information to be shared efficiently.

.....Many of the items assembled in our workshop are from template and therefore involve repetitive steps in order to complete the production. Stirling allowed the Assembly Engineers to design various area's of the workshop to suit their working styles and also to provided dedicated "dirty-working" areas for Drilling, Cutting and Filing.

.....Stirling has extensive RTU Pre-Assembly facilities for a variety of different Outstations, Telemetry Units and Communications Systems. Stirling thoroughly test all assemblies before leaving the workshop to ensure all equipment is functioning correctly. Testing is completed and signed off by individual Pre-Assembly Engineers.

.....Stirling provide a safe clean area for storing Customers Equipment in-house, enabled quick recall from stock straight to the workshop assembly line.

.....As part of Energy Efficiency, Stirling used as much Natural Light as possible inside the Assembly Bay to make the environment more comfortable while maintaining low energy consumption.
