RTU Pre-Assembly

.....RTU Pre-Assembly stages are taken very seriously by Stirling Technology. A majority of our installations, are items that have passed through our pre-assembly workshop. The quality applied here, assures the installation team and customer that installation will be correct.

.....Quality and Good Workmanship plays a key aspect in the teams production line. Ensuring every connection is checked carefully and programmable units issued with the latest software where applicable.

Tracking & Quality Control
.....All stages of our RTU Pre-Assembly process are completed, tested and recorded on a per-engineer basis.This ensures the ultimate in quality control and tracking.

Managing Efficiency
.....The workshops have been re-designed to make the pre-assembly process more efficient. This includes a unique but standard set of tools per engineer as well as allocating areas for drilling, tapping, cutting and clean work. All equipment is stored in our secure workshop facilities.
